Realtors & Locators – Earn 125% Commission!

We value your partnership! Realtors and locators will receive 125% of one full month’s rent for each referred client who moves in.

Commissions will be earned and paid following the client’s move-in and once their first full month’s rent is received and funded.

To qualify:

• Submit your invoice, W-9, and a copy of the broker’s license to the community leasing agent.
• Each recipient agent is responsible for all applicable taxes.
• All commissions are subject to local laws and licensing requirements.
